AXIS Agency, in partnership with Cheil, developed and delivered the large-scale Samsung GALAXY Studio roadshow — one of the most ambitious projects of the season in the field of event marketing.
Over the course of two months, the project reached 15 major cities and activated 15 central squares. Every weekend, events were held simultaneously in two cities, ensuring continuous audience engagement and extensive nationwide reach.
AXIS Agency managed the full project cycle: from securing approvals for the most iconic urban locations to developing the creative concept, design and production of branded 40-foot containers dedicated to winter sports. The team was also responsible for the creation and programming of unique interactive games on Samsung mobile devices, recruitment and management of staff, logistics and transportation of structures, coordination of all operations and the advertising campaign — all within a preparation timeline of just two months.
Visitors of the roadshow were able to explore gaming zones inspired by curling, snowboarding, short track, figure skating and hockey, test the latest Samsung technologies and take part in branded interactive experiences.
The project launched on Palace Square in St. Petersburg and became a landmark example of large-scale mobile brand experience activation.
